History teaches us that we are small and temporary.
The opposite is true about God, he is eternal and outside of time. God preserves his church and his Word just as He has built order and patterns into the world. But he isn’t bound by any of these things.
Much of what our culture is based upon comes from the secular world that dispite its sin is still blessed by God.
Today we have abandoned the wisdom of the past for cheap and quick results.
