In face we do not even understand ourselves.

Psalm 8:3
3 When I look at your heavens, the work of your fingers,
the moon and the stars, which you have set in place,
We in our arrogance often forget that the cosmos exists to help you know God, the Maker. The most obvious reality is he is very great and that we are very small.
You and I need to feel this greatness and humble ourselves before him.
Daily we must acknowledge, “You are great, O Lord God; for there is none like you” (2 Samuel 7:22). “You who have done great things; O God, who is like you?” (Psalm 71:19). “What god is great like our God?” (Psalm 77:13). “For you are great and do wondrous deeds; you alone are God.” (Psalm 86:10). “Great and marvelous are your works, O Lord God, the Almighty” (Revelation 15:3). “Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised” (Psalm 48:1). “Bless the Lord O my soul! O Lord my God, you are very great; you are clothed with splendor and majesty” (Psalm 104:1).
We Cannot Understand Everything in This Life

16 as he does in all his letters when he speaks in them of these matters. There are some things in them that are hard to understand, which the ignorant and unstable twist to their own destruction, as they do the other Scriptures.
The strangeness of quantum mechanics, for example has defied long-held assumptions about the fundamental nature of matter. It has been said by some scientists “after more than a century of profound explorations into the subatomic world, our best theory for how matter behaves still tells us very little about what matter is.”
Materialism is not the self-evident, straightforward, common sense worldview promoted by atheists and others.
Science is a gift from God as he allows us to innovate, create and think. We act in his image when we do theses things, but we simply cannot understand it.
We are finite and are lives are brief. Our ability to remember and to comprehend is limited. We simply do not have the cognitive ability to understand all God has made.

Extraterrestrial Mineral Never Before Seen on Earth Found Inside a Famous Meteorite
A never-before-seen extraterrestrial mineral was lurking inside a meteorite found nearly 70 years ago.
According to a new study first reported by the Australian news site, The Age, the mineral doesn't naturally occur anywhere on our planet; as such, it’s been seen only as a man-made version.
The Wedderburn meteorite was first discovered in 1951 near Wedderburn in Victoria, Australia, and is now part of the Museums Victoria collection. When it was first found, the rock was "lemon-sized" and weighed 210 grams (7.4 ounces), according to the Museums Victoria Collections. Since the space rock’s discovery, researchers from around the world have been studying slices of it to understand what it's made of and where it came from.

Odd mineral first to be discovered in nature before being made in lab
Another “impossible” crystal has been found locked inside a Russian meteorite.
The specimen is a quasicrystal, a type of material that shatters the rules of crystallography by having an ordered — yet never-repeating — arrangement of atoms. The new find is only the third natural quasicrystal ever found and is the first discovered in nature before being synthesized in a lab, researchers report online December 8 in Scientific Reports.
All three natural quasicrystals came from the same meteorite, discovered in a far-flung region of eastern Russia (SN: 11/3/12, p. 24). University of Florence geologist Luca Bindi and colleagues found micrometers-wide bits of the new quasicrystal in a grain of the meteorite collected during a 2011 expedition to the site. Probing the quasicrystal with electrons showed that the mineral is composed of aluminum, copper and iron atoms arranged in a way that’s similar to the pentagon-based pattern on a soccer ball.".. from the article: Third kind of quasicrystal found in Russian meteorite
