God Centered Innovation or Dystopia?: Anti-Gravity: The Secret Space Race

Who hasn't dreamed of anti-gravity? Since my childhood which was back in the 1960s I watched movies and TV shows (, My Favorite Martian, Star Trek and the Star Wars!) in which people floated and flew across the screens free of gravity (but not free of wires!).

We take for granted our imagination and innovative skills often attributing them to US and not God. Yet if we can put aside or sin natures and hubris we can become aware of God's “common grace” for the growth, prosperity of society, economics, and industry. John Calvin stated that the same Holy Spirit that regenerates us is the same Holy Spirit that causes innovative human culture, scientific discovery and creativity among Christians and non-Christians.

God has allowed us through his common grace to use and manipulate the resources of this earth , this reality we are in, to benefit and yes destroy humanity. Consider what God has permitted in the period of human history from 1863 to 1913. during that time there was advances in science, medicine, travel, communications, commerce and industry. These were permanent changes that continue to shape our daily lives even today. And the rapid changes all of us have witnessed in the past 20-30 years is also a paradigm shift.

The question today is the same it was then, how do we as Christians live in a world of technology?

God warns us as he blesses us! Will we worship the things we make of the creator? Technology is not bigger than God. But part of that warning is a history lesson as we look back in his Holy Word at Babel and ancient Israel who rebelled over and over again.

So how far will God let us go as we seek to change and manipulate genes, the weather and now gravity.

Gravity is a fundamental part and function of God's creation.

We Live in a Miraculous Age!

What I now take for granted as an adult of 65 years of age I would have been utterly amazed with back in the pre-computer 1960's up through the late 1990s. Tablets, smartphones, smart homes etc. are all truly amazing and miraculous. These things would be magic to people in the past.

But we must not go to the extreme of demonizing technology as it is a gift from God. We as Christians must be sober minded and ask for god's wisdom and discernment in using it and not using it.

Project Greenglow and the Battle with Gravity

"In science there exists a uniquely potent partnership between theory and engineering. It's what's given us atomic energy, the Large Hadron Collider and space-flight, to name a few of the more headline acts.

The theorists say: "This is theoretically possible." The engineers then figure out how to make it work, confident the maths is correct and the theory stands up.

These camps are not mutually exclusive of course. Theorists understand engineering. Engineers draw on their deep understanding of the theory. It's normally a pretty harmonious, if competitive, relationship.

Yet occasionally these two worlds collide. The theorists say something is just not possible and the engineers say: "We're going to try it anyway - it's worth a shot."

There is one field of science where just such a contest has been raging for years, perhaps the most contentious field in all science/engineering - gravity control.

When, in the late 1980s, the aerospace engineer Dr Ron Evans went to his bosses at BAE Systems and asked if they'd let him attempt some form of gravity control, they should probably have offered him a cup of tea and a lie down. Gravity control was a notion beloved of science fiction writers that every respectable theoretical physicist said was impossible..." from the article: Project Greenglow and the Battle with Gravity

"Large defence companies are exploring anti gravity systems for military vehicles. Prof Simon describes what the G.R.A.S.P (gravity research for advanced space propulsion) team are doing. thanks to Janes defence weekly - Nick Cook BBC TV - Horizon Project Geenglow Boeing phantom work" from video introduction.

"Eugene Podkletnov was, and still is, an enigma. As far as one can tell today, he never worked as a physicist in any official capacity; if anything, the Russian inventor was an engineer by trade — albeit a good one — whose most controversial discovery would be uncovered by mere happenstance.

Regardless of how it happened, in 1992 the the materials science laboratories at Tampere University of Technology in Hervanta, Finland, would become home to a discovery of great intrigue — and great controversy. It remains one that, according to some, may yet shed light on the propulsion technologies behind many reports of UFOs..." from the article: The Weird Tale of the Man Who Discovered “Gravity Shielding” UFO-like Technologies

Is Anti-gravity Already a Reality?

Video from Richard Dolan

"Richard brings military historian Michael Schratt back for a second interview. This one starts with a series of very strange "Michelin Man" sightings; that is, of beings wearing the classic Michelin Man suits in concentric tubes. The main part of the interview concerns Michael Schratt's research into the history of gravity or more accurately anti-gravity. He argues that a significant breakthrough was made, most likely in the 1950s. Richard Dolan is one of the world’s leading researchers and writers on the subject of UFOs and believes that they constitute the greatest mystery of our time. He is the author of two volumes of history, UFOs and the National Security State, both ground-breaking works which together provide the most factually complete and accessible narrative of the UFO subject available anywhere. He also co-authored a speculative book about the future, A.D. After Disclosure, the first-ever analysis not only of how UFO secrecy might end, but of the all-important question: what happens next?" from video introduction.

"Michael Schratt (military aerospace historian) has lectured across the country on the subject of “Mystery Aircraft”, and classified propulsion systems buried deep within the military industrial complex. A recent guest speaker at the “OSHKOSH” AirVenture 2006/2007 event, (the world’s largest air show), Michael has developed a number of contacts who have had first hand experience dealing with classified “black programs”, including former USAF pilots, retired Naval personnel and aerospace engineers who have maintained a TOP SECRET Q “MAJIC” clearance. A private pilot and military aerospace historian, he currently works as an aerospace draftsman/researcher. Michael is a former writer for Open Minds UFO magazine.' from the website: Open Minds

Reverse Engineered?

I remain skeptical of reverse engineering from crashed UFOs to achieve antigravity. My point of view about UFOs is that Aliens and perhaps even craft are of Demonic origin.

What we see in the future in regards to anti-gravity will be an amazing and like all things that allow us to flourish a gift from God!
