Linda Ronstadt was called the "Queen of Rock" in the '70s, but that title misses the mark. Ronstadt has recorded and performed in almost every genre during her career, rock & roll, ,vocal jazz, country, and Latin. She was a ten-time Grammy Award winner and has worked with musicians from all across the globe, rockers like Neil Young and Frank Zappa to bluegrass legend Earl Scruggs and composer Philip Glass. Of her 30 studio albums, she has placed 38 songs in the Billboard Hot 100.
I grew up watching Ronstadt's development as a person and an artist. She has like the rest of us lived through a period of relative success. And also like the rest of us she begins to see as time progresses she will not be here must longer. each one of us is at the center of an unfolding story, overseen by God. He awaits us on the other side. I hope you enjoy these videos! - Andy
