Hidden In Plain Sight, Ep 1: Maj. Gen. George B. Harrison
"Today, we are launching Hidden in Plain Sight, a series of short films highlighting individual heroes in the Peachtree City community. In recognition of America 250, the first season will focus on our veterans. This series is an @InvisibleMansion production.
Our first episode features retired U.S. Air Force Major General George B. Harrison, a combat pilot, test pilot, and aviation leader with more than 9,300 flight hours and a lifetime of service. From flying the F-4 Phantom during Vietnam to helping preserve aviation history at CAF Airbase Georgia, his story is one of leadership, sacrifice, innovation, and humility—a true American hero's story.
The Commemorative Air Force was founded to acquire, restore and preserve in flying condition a complete collection of combat aircraft which were flown by all military services of the United States, and selected aircraft of other nations, for the education and enjoyment of present and future generations of Americans.
