"We have another fun collaboration video for you featuring our dear friends from ‪@DawsonHollow‬! They are a local group of siblings we grew up playing bluegrass with, the Link family, and they are now an indie-folk-rock band.

We had never played with electric instruments or drums so figuring out how to mic everything was quite the experience!

We learned the song and recorded it back in the fall and the process was much the same as previous collaborations. We chose the song and sent them a rough idea. We then texted back and forth figuring out the key, who the main vocalists would be, and finally a rough arrangement. The morning of the video shoot, we met for a brief rehearsal and then we filmed the song at a local theater.

Only one bass was needed so Mom graciously watched my girls for me all day!
