True and False Repentance: What is the Difference?
John the Baptist, just like Jesus, preached a message of repentance that the Bible refers to as the “gospel.” Unable to deny those most basic biblical facts, some modern preachers resort to changing the definition of repentance to accommodate their twisted version of grace. Clearly, repentance is much more than just “a change of mind.” Rather, it is a change of heart that results in a change of lifestyle. In this Little Lesson, David shares the story of his own repentance—as a pastor—after he read Matthew 25:31-46, which resulted in the birth of the ministry of Heaven’s Family.
