The possibility that many anomalous objects people are seeing are Secret Military Technology has always been highly likely.
The "Tic-Tac" and other metallic spheres that are being seen were very early referred to as drones by the US Navy.

**Extraordinary Claims Require Extraordinary Evidence - The Aerogel Patents**
*The 5 observables*
1) Anti-gravity lift
> Unlike any known aircraft, these objects have been sighted overcoming the earth’s gravity with no visible means of propulsion.
The air-buoyant structures (described in patent [ 1) Aerogel Craft ] below), when evacuated (emptyed to have an interior vacuum), are configured to lift the air-buoyant platform into the air.
2) Sudden and instantaneous acceleration
> The objects may accelerate or change direction so quickly that no human pilot could survive the g-forces—they would be crushed
Depending on the rate of change of the pressure, which can be varied by controllers, this can result in near instantaneous rapid acceleration.
The objects are remotely controlled drones. They have no human pilot aboard.
3) Hypersonic velocities without signatures
> If an aircraft travels faster than the speed of sound, it typically leaves "signatures," like vapor trails and sonic booms.
All aerogel-composite drones have an interior vacuum chamber, which can have its vacuum pressure modified via pumping (described in patent [ 1) Aerogel Craft ] below). As you can see in the Leslie Kean 2014 Chile UAP video (in Examples below), it shows the UAP pumping gasses from the interior vacuum.
The mining-variant drone has small propellers at it's "top", housed in cowlings coated in a photon-absorbing coating (described in patent [ 4) Photon (Light) Absorbing Coating ] below).
4) Low observability, or cloaking
> Even when objects are observed, getting a clear and detailed view of them—either through pilot sightings, radar or other means—remains difficult.
The entire drone fleet is coated in a photon-absorbing coating of black silicon (described in patent [ 4) Photon (Light) Absorbing Coating ] below) which renders all of the drones indistinct to visual observation, as well as IR & Radar.
5) Trans-medium travel
> Some UAP have been seen moving easily in and between different environments, such as space, the earth’s atmosphere and even water.
The aerogel-composite craft are vacuum-sealed in both directions, allowing travel in water, air and outerspace. The aerogel-composite craft can withstand heat up to 1200 degrees celcius.

*Purpose-built craft*
Silver-orbs are mass-produced for recon with 6 axially mounted cameras and minimal-to-no propulsion. They get blown by wind.
Tictacs are for relatively-small cargo loads.
The TR3B is for larger cargo loads, and potentially has other unknown technologies (3 corner lights purpose unknown other than lighting the ground underneath and air traffic due to its size).
The RAF Syria shootdown, Gimbal and the "Jellyfish" are laser-equipped mining robots (sharks with fricking laser beams)

Believe this depicts the same type of craft as the "tictac" encountered by CDR David Fravor.
An aerogel-composite blimp with a coating of photon absorbing black-silicon and two exhaust nozzles on the bottom of the vessel. It appeared like a "white tictac" to CDR Fravor on a bright clear day from his position above with the dark ocean as a background lit from above.
At the given time index in the youtube video of Leslie Kean's reported incident, you can see the vacuum pumps used to expel pressurized gas from the interior vacuum chamber via pumped exhaust.

Believe that the craft in this video is the same type as the drone shot down Dec 14 2021 by RAF over Syria. It is also the same type of craft filmed in the "Gimbal" video in IR.
An aerogel-composite drone with a coating of photon absorbing black-silicon. Several "cat ear" shaped propulsion cowlings (fan/jet/forced air) are located atop the drone, a mining laser at the bottom.
It is "indistinct" when observed visually because of the black-silicon coating. It jets "upward" out of the frame by altering its internal vacuum pressure via pumping and shoots upward at dramatic speed in reaction to the pressure difference.
